Oil analysis is also one of the most effective ways of trending wear and determining wear particle origin. By analysing the condition of wear particles the cause of wear can often be identified.

  • Analyse the condition of your lubricant, so that you can act before it stops protecting and begins causing damage.
  • Analyse the wear debris generated by your machinery, so that you can detect and identify ‘abnormal’ wear.
  • Diagnosis of machine faults by detecting ‘tell tale’ contaminants.
  • Condition-based servicing will reduce your overall lubricants spend.

We would recommend AMS perform a Site Audit prior to starting an Oil Analysis Program to identify the most appropiate program based on your mechanical operating conditions.

Oil samples analysis is accredited to UKAS ISO/IEC 17025:2005
